  Arrived at PNC Pennsylvania Ave , Hagerstown, MD branch prior to their posted hours today. I patiently waited until 5 minutes past 9 o'clock a.m. The branch still did not appear to be open, but i tried the door anyhow. As I had thought, they were not open. So I called the two neighboring branches and a recording came on stating they were closed. Now we have had some bad weather overnight, but it seams as though the PNC team in Hagerstown are the only people having trouble making it to the branch. While I sat their contemplating my next course of action I witnessed 6 vehicles pull up to the parking area and just leave. I then decided to call customer service where I was redirected to a branch in Erie, PA. i was then informed they had some bad weather of their own but were open. I requested for the manager in charge of the Hagerstown region to contact me, and was told the request went thru the proper channels. Still no call, which is ironic, because while on hold the automated system insists on telling over and over how valuable my time is. I will now need to make a special trip just to deposit some cash I had saved at home to pay a particular bill. My advice, DO NOT USE PNC BANK!!!!!!! Why? Because apparently the little guy doesn't mean anything to them. Passed plenty of banks that were open on my way home.
